ARTICLE 12 – REVISION OF CONSTITUTION Back
12.1 Amendments to this Constitution may be approved by the membership at any meeting of CTAM in which there are at least 40 members or 20% of the membership, whichever is less. Proposed amendments must be forwarded to the Secretary in time for them to be circulated to the members, at least, 10 days before the meeting at which the amendments shall be considered. Constitutional changes must be ratified by a two-third vote of the members attending said meeting. Back
