DR. PAM ORR Secretary
Dr. Pamela Orr is a Professor of Medicine, Medical Microbiology and Community Health (GFT since 1990) and a consultant with the J.A. Hildes Medical Unit at the University of Manitoba. She is a clinician, teacher and researcher, with an interest in the health of indigenous peoples. Her current research focuses on the biologic and social determinants of infectious diseases in indigenous peoples. Dr. Orr is Chairperson of the PGME Committee of the Department of Medicine. Dr. Orr is President of the North American Region of the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease. She is a member of the University of Manitoba Centre for Human Rights Research, and an editor of the International Journal of Circumpolar Health. Back
